Celebrate 20 years of more space, stories, & services with us!

Thursday, May 7 – Multiple Locations

We are celebrating 20 years since Manlius Library’s expansion, becoming the library you know today! Join us for cake, crafts, presentations on our history, giveaways, and more!

All day, feel free to do a self-guided tour throughout the library, and see pictures of what the building looked like in the past! Afterwards, complete a short quiz and enter to win a prize basket. We will also have postcards and magnets for people to take. Kids can color library-themed coloring sheets, and play at a mini “library” in Pooh’s Corner! And teens can make buttons, pins, and bracelets in the Teen Room.

From 1-3pm, join us for cake and piano music in the Bookmark Cafe.

For teens: from 2-5pm, stop by the Teen Room to make buttons, beaded bracelets, and keychains!

From 3-4pm, join Manlius Library Director Alyssa Martin and Adult Services Coordinator Pam Gottheld for a discussion of the history of Manlius Library, from 1915 until now.
